A proud Rochester native, Brittany began her career in New York City at ARROJO Cosmetology School in Soho where she was trained in advanced razoring techniques under the direction of Nick Arrojo. She then completed an apprenticeship at Blackstones Hairdressing in the East Village in 2013. With the opening of The Factory in 2017, Brittany brings her expertise in razor cutting and bridal hairdressing to her hometown.

After starting her hairstyling career in Los Angeles over 10 years ago Anna moved back to Rochester and found her home at The Factory Hairdressing. Specializing in creative color, cuts, and formal styling she thrives on helping people feel beautiful.

Peggy has been in the business of making people look and feel beautiful for 19 years. With continued education she has mastered her craft, specializing in hair cutting, styling and coloring.

Aesthetician

Pam has been a licensed aesthetician and brow artist since 2014 but her obsession with all things beauty started a long ago. At age 4 she got to wear MAKEUP for her first dance recital, this was just as thrilling as putting on the costume and performing on stage. She continued to pursue dance through her teens and 20s graduating with a BFA from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance. 

Eventually her interests grew to include health, wellness, and skincare in relation to the beauty world and she decided to pursue an education in aesthetics at the AVEDA Institute. Soon after she landed a job with Benefit Cosmetics where she spent the next 6 years slaying brows in Brooklyn and Manhattan. 

Her goal is to continue expanding her repertoire of brow and lash services and make people look and feel great along the way!
